Ngo Thi Minh Huong
Huong Ngo joins the academia and civil soceity sector in Vietnam since 2000. She is the co-founder in 2005 and now the Director of Center for Development and Integration. Carrying high commitments and expertise in human rights and development, since then, she leads the Center to work in focus on promoting and protecting Labor’s Rights, Corporate Social Responsibility, Women’s Rights, Migration and Human Security, Good Governance including Social Accountability and Transparency; Trade and Development in the context of Vietnam into fast economic integration and globalization. The Center provides capacity building, advocacy, research and networking with other civil society.
Huong Ngo has previously worked with Action Aid Vietnam, the Asian Development Bank and other international development agencies. She is also currently teaching human rights at School of Law, National University Hanoi. She holds master degrees in Public International Law and Human Rights from University of Oslo and a master degree in Development Management from the Asian Institute of Management in the Philippines. Currently, Huong Ngo is a PhD fellow at Mahidol University (Thailand) on Human Rights and Peace studies.
Mrs. Duong Thi Viet Anh got the Master of Management Business in Singapore in 2003. She has over 9 years experience of direct involvement in the management of the development and education programs/ projects. She also has 7 years experience in designing and training in various fields including: rights-based approach in development, participatory training methods, training with focus on learners, education and community development (Reflect), participatory rural evaluation, participatory monitoring and evaluation (PM & E), sustainable development, social audit tools. Mrs. Duong Thi Viet Anh has actively engaged in policy research and policy forums on education, poverty reduction at national and international levels. She also has extensive experience in operations and networking activities such as supporting the foundation of the Education for People Alliance in Vietnam.
